Ingredients suppliers are evaluated qualified and every lot ingredients that in our facility are well controlled.

◆ On-site testing

In-Process quality control tests includes weight, hardness appearance, disintegration and friability.  Continuous testing are performed to make sure all products achieved specification.

◆ Finished product testing

QC dept. will evaluated products by all aspects, besides above items, assay, microbeing, heavy metal, Pesticides and Solvent Residues are well controlled.

◆ Stability test

Some ingredients degraded relative fast, Stability test is important to make sure its assay achieved label claim within shelf life.
